Weight loss tips

Weight loss is one of the major life challenges that millions of people face throughout their lives. Judging from my personal experience as an overweight person since I was a teenager till my late twenties, it's a really tough journey. My life became much easier and better when I lost 40 kgs. it's possible to lose such weight in a year and a half. The feeling when you succeed in losing weight is impeccable. The first and most important tip is that you have to really believe in one thing, it's not impossible! Millions and millions had done it and succeeded, so why not you? The second tip is that you believe that your life will totally change afterwards. It will be better, you'll be much healthier and happier, your self confidence will automatically increase drastically. The third tip is to drink lots of water, not less than three litres a day. Always stay hydrated even if you forget to drink water use a mobile app to remind you. The fourth tip is to cut sugar, decrease salt as much as you can, cut anything fried and stay away from junk food. The fifth tip is to never let yourself get hungry, whenever you feel hungry, drink water or eat green salad or cottage cheese. The sixth tip is an example of my diet: Breakfast: Two boiled eggs Small loaf of bread Coffee Snack at noon (Green salad) Lunch: 200 grams of roasted chicken Any kind of vegetable sauté Snack after two hours (two pieces of fruit) Dinner: 250 grams of cottage cheese with green salad Plain yougort My last tip is that you have to workout at least three times a week, start with just walking and escalate afterwards. A healthy life is a happy life.
